Abstract
Objective Since the purpose of observation of limbal stem cell transplantation in the Unit-ed mitomycin C (MMC)the efficacy of the treatment of pterygium.Methods 146 to 128 cases of pterygium excision,will be at the top of the ipsilateral temporal eyes with limbal stem cell graft to the conjunctiva ptery-gium the sclera, the joint application of 0.2 mg / mlMMC treatment.Results Response to light, graft survival, six recurrence,the recurrence rate was 4.1 percent.Conclusions Since the conclusion of limbal stem cell transplantation in the United MMC application for pterygium,a simple way to restore limbal barriers and re-duce the relapse rate, is safe and effective method, it is worth clinical.
