Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods Undermicroscope,235 patients(280 eyes) with pterygiumin were treated with limbal stem cell transplantation.Results After operation,the follow-up time was 3months to 3 years.263 eyes in 280 cases were healed.Conclusion limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium is helpful.The recurrence rate of pterygium was 6%
