Abstract

Objective To investigate the application and effect of comfortable nursing on the prone position lumbar surgery patients. Methods A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group was given comfortable routine nursing care, control group was given routine nursing. The two groups of patients with signs of life, comfort, satisfaction, and incidence of complications were compared. Results The changes of vital signs, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), Satisfaction with care and subjective comfort was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing can make patients prone lumbar operation obtain physiological, psychological, social, environmental and comfortable. The patients acceptedoperation under the supine comfort, safe situation, It can ensure the operationsmoothly. Key words: Comfortable nursing; Prone position; Lumbar surgery
