Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis in Department of General Surgery Operation Comfortable Nursing

Abstract

Objective Analyzing the clinical effect of comfortable nursing. Methods 30 cases patients who had conventional nursing as control group,30 cases patients who had conventional nursing+comfortable nursing care as observation group, compared two groups of patients in hospital time, satisfaction of nursing care,the degree of pain and SAS scores. Results The observation indexes of observation group were superior than control group, the difference was statistically significant, P0.05. Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing is better.
