Abstract
Orthogonal experiment was conducted on microwave assisted extraction for total flavonoids from leaves of Lindera aggregate. The content of flavonoids was tested by spectrophotometry.Tests were made on effect of different factors on flavonoids yield. The result showed that radiation duration had the most evident effect. The optimal conditions for the extraction of flavonoids were as follows: methanol as extractant, extract temperature at 45℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1:40,radiation duration for 5 minutes, yield of total flavonoids could reach 30.06mg/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
