Abstract
Taking yield of total flavonoids as index,the ethanol extraction of total flavonoids from leaves of Pasiflora was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal extraction temperature,solvent,the ratio of material to solvent,and extraction time were 80℃,60% ethanol,1:50 and 120 min,respectively,under which the yield of total flavonoids was 2.81%.
