Abstract
Objective:In order to extract the total flavonoids from the leaves of grape, extraction technology of total flavonoids was studied by orthogonal experiment. Methods:Effects of concentration of extracting solution, temperature, time and solid-liquid ratio on flavonoids contents were investigated. Results:Optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:45%ethanol as the solvent,solid-liquid ratio 1∶40 and 2 hours immerge extract at 60℃,According to the conditions mentioned above, flavonoids were extracted efficiently and the extraction yield of the flavonoids could reach 5.329mg/g.
