TWO NEW SPECIES OF AGALLIINAE (HOMOPTERA: CICADELLIDAE) FROM GUIZHOU, CHINA

Abstract
In this paper two new species of the
subfamily Agalliinae are described from Guizhou Province, China. All the type specimens are
deposited in Guizhou Agricultural College. 1. Japanagallia hamata Zhang et Li, sp. nov.
(Figs.1～6) This new species resembles Japanagalla pteridis (Matsumura), but differs from
the latter in the following aspects: 1) crown yellow and gena bombycinus; 2) eyes dark brown; 3)
aedeagus with a small hooked basal process and a pair of subapical ones. Holotype ♂,
paratypes 9♀♀, Laya of Libo county, Guizhou, 13-Ⅴ-1995, coll Cheng Xiangsheng. 2.
Onukigallia fanjingensis Zhang et Li, sp. nov. (Figs.7～15) This new species allies to
Onukigallia onukii (Matsumura), but distinguish able in 1) central part with black speck and
black basal angle specks large in the scutellum; 2) gena black; 3) shaft of aedeagus flat, apical
extention short. Holotype ♂, Fanjing Mountain, Guizhou, 10-Ⅷ-1994, coll Zhang Yazhou;
paratype ♀, same data as the holotype, 9-Ⅷ-1994, coll. Li Zizhong.
