Sophonia spathulata Chen et Li, sp. nov. (Figs.1~9) Length (incl. teg.):♂ 4 8~5 1?mm,♀ 5 2~5 4?mm. This species resembles S.rufofascia (Kuoh et Kuoh) in external structures and colour pattern, but differs from the latter in its larger size, vertex with two black longitudinal lines each connected with one black oval spot anteriorly, and both apex and base of aedeagus without slender process. Holotype♂,Libo,Guizhou,Oct.27,1984,LI Zi zhong;Paratypes 2♀♀,same as holotype;1♂,1♀,Guiyang,Guizhou, Nov.2,1993,Chen Xiang sheng;2♀♀,Luodian,Guizhou,Sep.16,1994,Chen Xiang sheng.
