Influential Factors and Strategies:On Quality of Medical Graduates'Clinical Practice

Clinical practice is a key step that students take to become doctors. It is also important for the culture of students' medical ethics, the solidification of basic theories and improvement of basic clinical techniques. The quality of the practice has a direct effect on graduates whether they are qualified to take up clinical jobs. Based on questionnaires, we analyzed the factors that may influence the quality of clinical practice and brought forward some countermeasures.
