Problems in Medical Graduates' Clinical Practice and Countermeasures

To get to know the problems in medical graduates' clinical practice,analyze the factors that may affect the quality of clinical practice,and bring forward some countermeasures,we investigated the problems in medical graduates' clinical practice with a questionnaire,evaluated the students' practice results and checked the students' clinical knowledge and skills.We found that social reform,change in medical modes,and the existing practice management affected medical graduates' clinical practice.The problems in turn affected the quality of clinical practice.Some countermeasures are,therefore,proposed.
