Influential factors and strategies on quality of medical students' clinical practice

Clinical practice is a key step that students take to become doctors,but there are quite a few factors that may influence it including social factors such as medical disputes,two-way selection and reform of personnel system,utilitarian trend,teaching level and concepts,students' neglect resulted from their one-sided and utilitarian pursuit of only diploma and job.We considered that the deepening of educational reform and strengthening of systematic construction of education are crucial ways to improve the quality of medical graduates' clinical practice.In other words,we should improve management system,strengthen quality control,together with the sufficient utilization of teaching resources.
