Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic and side-effect of Rituximab combined with chemotherapy in patients with B cell non-Hodgkin' s Lymphoma (NHL).Method:4 patients with B cell NHL were received.Rituximab 375 mg/m2 was administered on day 1,and different chemotherapy regimens were administered on day 2.Result:1 cases achieved complete remission and 3 case had partial remission.Conclusion:Rituximab combined with chemotherapy is a highly effective and well-tolerated treatment in B cell NHL.
