Abstract

ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic and side- effect of Rituximab combined with chemotherapy in patients with B cell non- Hodgkin′s Lymphoma (NHL).Method4 patients with B cell NHL were received at least 4 courses of treatment. Rituximab 375 mg/m2 was administered on day 1, and different chemotherapy regimens were administered on day 3. The course was repeated every 21 days.Result3 cases achieved complete remission and 1 case had partial remission. Gade Ⅱ, Ⅲ myelosuppression were observed in all the patients. Conclusion Rituximab combined with chemotherapy is a highly effective and well- tolerated treatment in B cell NHL.
