Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and side-effects of Rituximab combined with CHOP in treatment of B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data from13patients with B-NHL who underwent Rituximab combined with chemotherapy in our hospital.Results The complete response(CR)rate was69.2%(9/13),the partial response(PR)rate was23%(3/13),and the overall response rate was92.3%(12/13).Conclusion Rituximab-containing chemotherapeutic regimens are effective for native B-NHL with mild side-effective.
