Construction and Development of Sports Legal Problems and Countermeasures in China

The construction and development of Sports Law is closely related to the development of sports in China and embodies the degree of perfection of law system and the degree of consolidation of sports innovation.By literature review,logical analysis,a review of the building of sports law and a research on the existing problems in constructing the sports law,this paper proposes to strengthen the sports legal propaganda,accelerate the pace of legislation and improve the sport system,improve law enforcement capacity,improve the quality of sports legal practitioners,establish an effective system of supervision and inspection,etc.,aiming at giving some theoreticalguidance for the healthy development of China's sports law and providing some references for the further improvement of the sports legal system in China.
