Abstract
This paper,taking the sports legislation as research subject,makes comprehensive analysis on different characteristics of five developing phases of our sports legal construction for nearly 60 years since new China establishment,particularly discusses the existing problems,reason and countermeasure of sports legal construction at present stage,actively suggests that we should amend the Sports Law and formulating Sports Arbitration Law and strengthens international legal cooperation in the field of sports.Sports administration department should promote China's sports legal construction entered a new stage of development.
