Perfecting sports legal systems in China by amending the Sports Law

Abstract

Aiming at problems existing in the Sports Law of China,the authors offered the following suggestions for boosting the construction of sports legal systems in China: boost the transformation of sports management sys-tems;perfect the citizen sports right ensuring system;establish a sports dispute settling mechanism;perfect the market cultivating and regulating system;perfect legal responsibility related stipulations.
