Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To analyze and determine the content of levofloxacin hydrochloride in different transfusion by HPLC.METHODS:The HPLC system consisted of Eclipse XDB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5 m),sodium hexanesulfonate solution-methanol(3:1) as a mobile phase,1 mL·min-1 of flow rate, detection wavelength at 293nm.RESULTS:The linear range of Levofloxacin hydrochloride was 0.55 g-2.75μg(r=0.9999),the recovery were 100.1%(RSD=0.62%,).CONCLUSION:The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible and it can be used for the quality control of Levofloxacin hydrochloride in different transfusion liquid.
