Abstract

Aim To establish a HPLC for determination of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride in Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection. Methods HPLC, C_ 18 column,at 293 nm by 0.05 mol·L~ -1 citrate solution (using tyiethylamine make its pH at about 4.0)-CH_ 3 CN(79∶21) as a mobile phase. Results The correlation coefficient of this test in this method is 0.999 8,the stability ,the reproducibility,the precision and the callback are up to the mustard. Conclusion This method is accurate and convenient.
