Abstract
Objective To investigate the regulation of metabolic character of some antibiotics, and provide the theoretic basis for physician to select antibiotic rationally when biliary tract is infected. Methods Samples of human bile was obtained by ENBD,contents of cefradine, cefoperazone, ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin, lomefloxacin were simultaneously measured by HPLC method in the human bile. Results After 0.25~1.5 hour of iv administration of antibiotics, increasing in contents of all antibiotics was observed in bile, but the changes of ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin is more significant(P0.01),and has a higher C_(max) than other antibiotics, cefoperazone has a longer t_(1/2).Conclusion As maintaining a less time to tmax,a higher C_(max) and a longer t_(1/2) in the bile by iv,cefradine, cefoperazone, ciprofloxacin and lomefloxacin are recommended in the patients with biliary tract infection.
