Abstract
Objective To investigate the commom pathogens of biliary infection and their sensitivity to 12 antibiotics. Methods The bile obtained from commom bile duct in patients undergoing choledochotomy was cultured and tested for antibiotics sensitivity from January 2002 to December 2006.Results Bacteria positive rate of these 406 bile samples was 65.3%,including Gram-negative bacteria(55.8%) and Gram-positive bacteria(44.2%).Sensitive antibiotics to bacteria were imipenem, vancomycin, levofloxacin, sulbactam+cefoperazone, fortum, amikacin and ciprofloxacin. Conclusion The bacterioflora in this study is different from those of the previous reports. We should select sensitive antibiotics against bacteria in biliary infection.
