Abstract

Objective To establish and apply an appraisal system for clinical teaching quality. Methods Through the augmentation of daily teaching administration,indexes of clinical teaching quality evaluation system were formulated.This system was used by students,teachers and specialists to assess the teaching practice. Results Clinical teaching quality was promoted by this system.Scores of most teachers in clinical departments were above 90,and all above 85. Conclusion This teaching quality appraisal system further promotes the clinical teaching quality.
