The establishment and application of quality evaluation system for clinical teaching in higher nursing education

Abstract
Through study on the quality evaluation system for clinical teaching in higher nursing education,the organization modality was established.The core of the system was supervisor team for clinical teaching.The quantitative evaluation form was designed and used to evaluate the clinical teachers,nursing students and the construction of teaching base.The statistical method of t-test was used to compare the evaluation results,which showed significant difference among different teaching hospitals.The feedback of the results could urge the teaching hospitals to further practice teaching reform and improve the quality of clinical teaching constantly.
