Abstract

Teaching quality in clinical medical school exerts a critical impact on medical teaching quality.Having experienced clinical education for many years,Xiangya Hospital has established a guarantee system of teaching quality for teaching administration which includes the stable and sound teaching administration organization system,strict and standardized teaching rules and regulations,high degree of the teachers' quality,effective monitoring system for teaching quality,and the scientific and reasonable teaching administration for clinical skills and the humanity-oriented policy for enhancing teachers' teaching initiative.
