Investigation on nursing undergraduates' evaluation on the teaching of practical hospitals

Objective To investigate nursing undergraduates' evaluation on the teaching of practical hospitals,in order to provide references for improving clinical teaching quality.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 267 nursing undergraduates' evaluation on the teaching of practical hospitals in aspects of clinical teachers' comprehensive quality,clinical teaching quality,and teaching management.Results The total score of the students' evaluation on clinical teachers' comprehensive quality,clinical teaching quality,and teaching management was 2.81±0.68,2.87±0.69,and 2.75±0.73,respectively.Conclusions The teaching hospitals should establish scientific management system.Teaching management departments should timely check and assess teaching quality,standardize management department examination,and improve the teachers' overall quality,in order to provide guarantee for improving teaching quality.
