Abstract

Using callus of tobacco material, the effect of different hormone concentration and media on green seedling differentiation in callus of tobacco were studied. The results showed that green seedling differentiation rate were higher in the medium of MS+IAA 0.5mg/L+KT 2.0mg/L than in other medium. In the differentiation medium, beside macronutrients, the organic components, vitamin and micronutrients have important effect on the callus differentiation of tobacco.
