Abstract

In vitro culture of young leaves of sugarcane, compared with effects of exogenous hormones on induction and differentiation of callus, The results showed that at the same concentration the induction rate of 2, 4-D treated callus is higher than that of NAA treated callus at 1.0mg·L~(-1) of 6-BA, differentiation of plantlent regeneration is better and survival, rate of tube seedling transplantation is higher.
