Abstract

In lab test the explants of wheat immature spike of three wheat varieties were cultured on nine mediums, the results showed that callus induction and regeneration was affected mainly by wheat genotype, and the categories and concentration of exogenous hormone were improtant effect factors.THe concentration of 2,4-D ranged from 0.5mg/L to 1.0mg/L was suited for callus induction, but the best concentration was 2.0 mg/L,6-BA or KT was not suitable for callus induction.
