Exploration of the Teaching Management Model Based on the Excellent Plan

The teaching management models in traditional colleges and universities can no longer adapt to the demands of modern society for high-quality talents ,especially the implementation of excel-lent plan ,which has raised new requirements for the teaching management system .By taking the excel-lent plan as an opportunity ,the disadvantages in the current teaching management shall be envisaged , the defects in the talent cultivation model shall be analyzed ,and the reform scheme has also been put for-ward in several aspects ,so as to provide reference and help for the colleges and universities to optimize and perfect the teaching management model .
