Building Up and Perfecting Teaching Management System to Improve Teaching and Talent-Cultivation

The successive expansion of the students' enrollment in colleges and universities over the past several years has not only imposed great pressure on both the campus and the society, but on the teaching quality as well. Thus enhancing the teaching management is the prerequisite and the guarantee of improving teaching and talent-cultivation, And students-involving-in-the-teaching-management is also a new way of the teaching management reform. So the author in this paper in four aspects discussed how to achieve this goal, namely, the students involving in the teaching reform and its system construction, students assessing teaching with the advantage of modern web technology, students voluntarily supervising their studies and finally establishing the graduates' employment feedback website to improve and perfect the teaching management system.
