Abstract

Teaching is the central job in colleges and universities,and the teaching management is one of the important jobs in higher education management.So how to make sure the high quality of the central job is not only the realistic subject of carrying out the science-developing outlook,but also te problem needed probing and solving in teaching management of colleges and universities,especially vital under the new situation of expanded enrolment at present.
