Diagnose with galactography in traductal papilloma of breast

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value in determin-ed intraductal papilloma of breast with galactography.Methods The clinical features and radiographs with galactography of 51 cases with intraductal papilloma of breast that were determined by pathology were reviewed.Results The intraductal papilloma of breast on molybdenum palladium roentgenograph with galactography showed typical filling defect and local duct dilataltion,the galactography sensibitity to intraductal papilloma of breast was 74.5%(38/51);Localiza-tion exact rate was 98%(50/51).Conclusion Radiographs with galactography of intraductal papilloma of breast is a simply and basic radialogic method.The diagnosis accuracy can be improved combined with clinical features and palpation examination,then we can improve the exact rate of diagnosis and localization.
