Diagnose with galactography in traductal papilloma of breast

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value in determined intraductal papilloma of breast with galactography.Methods:The clinical features and radiographs with galactography of 51 cases with intraductal papilloma of breast that were determined by pathology were reviewed.Results:The intraductal papilloma of breast on mollybdenum palladium roentgenograph with galactography showed typical filling defect and local duct dilataltion,the galactography sensibitity to intraductal papilloma of breast is 74.5%(38/51);localiza tion exact rate is 98.0%(50/51).Conclusion:Radiographs with galactography of intraductal papilloma of breast is a simply and basic radialogic method.The diagnosis accuracy could be improved combined with clinical features and palpation examination,then we can improve the exact rate of diagnosis and localization.
