Clinical Observation of Danhong Injection in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods:132 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group(66 cases) and the contrast group(66 cases).The treatment group was treated by 5% glucose or physiological saline(250ml) plus danhong injection(40ml) with mainline one time each day.The contrast group was treated by 5% glucose or physiological saline(250ml) plus fufangdanshen injection(20ml) with mainline one time each day.The period of treatment is 14 days.The clinical curative effect,trauma score of nerve function and change of hemorheology were observed.Results:The parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function were obviously improved(P0.01).The total effect rate and improvement of hemorheology in the treatment group has a significant difference compared with those in the contrast group(P0.01).Conclusion:Conclusion: Danhong injection can improve the parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function of acute cerebral infarction obviously.It has a good curative effect on treating acute cerebral infarction without side effect.
