Research on Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of Danhong injection and its effect on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 110 patients with acute cerebral hemodynamics were divided into two groups(treatment group and control group).All patients recieved same basic treatment;The treatment group was treated by physiological saline(250ml) plus Danhong injection(20ml) with mainline one time per day in the next 14 days;The treatment group was injected by Fufangdanshen(20ml) on the basis of regular treatment.The score of neurological deficits and hemorheology were observed.Results The effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group(P0.05).Indexes of hemorheology were reduced,and there was a significant defference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection has good effect on treating acute cerebral infarction in the early stage.
