Effect of Danhong Injection on the Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danhong injetion on the Impatient brain infarction patients.Methods 136 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group (68 cases regular therapy + Xuesaitong injection) and the control group (68 cases regular therapy +Danhong injection) with a course of 2 weeks treatment.The clinical curative effect,trauma score of nerve function and change of hemorheologywere observed.Results The parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function were obviously imp roved (P0.01).The total effect rate and improvement of hemorheology in the treatment group has a significant difference compared with those in the control group (P0.01).Conclusion Danhong injection can improve the parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function of acute cerebral infarction obviously.It has a good curative effect on treating acute cerebral infarction without side effect.
