Clinical Observation of Danhong Injection in Treating Ischemic Cerebral Stroke

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection intreating ischemic cerebral stroke.Methods 198 cases of ischemic cerebral stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group(99cases)and the contrast group(99cases).The treatment group was treated by danhong injection(30 ml)with mainline one time each day.The contrast group was treated by xiangdan injection(20 ml)with mainline one time each day.The clinical curative effect,traum a score of nerve function and change of hemorheology were observed between the two groups.Results The parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function were obviously improved(P0.01).The total effectrate and improvement of hemorheology in the treatment group has a significant difference compared with those in the contrast group(P0.01).Conclusion Danhong injection can improve the parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function of ischemic cerebral stroke obviously.Danhong injection was proved to be effective intreating ischemic cerebral stroke,and it is superior to xiangdan injection in curative efficacy.
