On Building a Team of "Double-Qualification Teachers" in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

A team of double-qualification is the important characteristic of higher vocational education,and is the key to improve teaching quality .We should take all kinds of measures to build a team of a double-qualification teachers'with great capability, good quality, reasonable quantity,relatively stability and a combination of full-time and part-time teachers in order to promote the development of higher vocational education.
