Abstract

Building the team of high level double-qualified teachers is the key point to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education.The standard of the team is that it should meet the needs of higher vocational education and teaching.The team should includes both full-time teachers and part-time teachers.Efficient mechanism of management,evaluation and encouragement should be established to improve the whole level of the team of teachers.
