Clinical Observation of Alprostrodil's Treatment for Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Alprostrodil's treatment for unstable angina pectoris. Methods Conventional treatment is used for the control group;in addition to conventional treatment,intravenous drip of 200ml glucose(diabetes use saline) with 10μg Alprostrodil is used for treatment group once a day. Results The treatment group,compared with control group,the occurrence of unstable angina pectoris is reduced,and the treatment group is better than control group(P0.05) ;the time of unstable angina pectoris attack is reduced,and the treatment group is better than control group(P0.01) . NST,∑ST in the treatment group is less than that in control group,so clinical symptoms are improved,and the treatment group is better than control group(P0.05) in ERG changes. Conclusion Alprostadil injection can control unstable angina pectoris effectively and improve myocardial ischemia.
