Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of nicorandil for the patients with unstable angina pectoris.METHODS 90 cases with unstable angina pectoris were chosen and randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group were treated with dual antiplatelet, nitrates, beta blockers,ACEI,low molecular weight heparin and the other statins. The experiment group were treated with dosages for controls and additionally with 5mg of nicorndil(3times a day)for 2 weeks. The angina pectoris attack, electrocardiogram periodic inspection and adverse reactions were observed and analyzed.RESULTS The total efficiency was 93.3% in the observation group and 75.6% in the control group, which were significantly different between the two groups(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Nicorndil can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, signs and clinical therapeutic effect of the patients with unstable angina pectoris.
