Observati on of the therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of low molecularweight heparin calcium (LMWHC) in treating unstable angina pectoris .Methods 78 hospitalized patients of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups:32 as control group who were treated with routine method,and 46 as treatment group who were treated with routine method plus LMWHC.Results The clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment group was 91.3%,which compared with the control group (62.5%) was obviously of great significance (P＜0.01).Electrocardiogrphy improvement in the treatment group was 83.5%,which was also superior (P＜0.05 ) to that of the control group (56.3%).Conclusion Treatment with LMWHC for unstable angina pectoris is simple and convenient to perfrom with safe,reliable and satisfactory effects.
