Abstract

Objective: To study the curative effect of treating hypoxiaoschemic encephalopathy of newborn with actoregin and shenmai injection. Methods: 150 cases were divided at random into 3 groups: Observation group, Actoregin group, and Shenmai injection group, 50 cases in each group. Actoregin 100 mg/(kg·d) and Shenmai injection 2 ml/(kg·d) were added separately into 10% glucose injection of intravenous drips. One course of treatment is 7 days, once a day. Both of medicines were taken in Abservation group. Results: Compared the observation group with the actoregin group, the total effective rate is P0.05. Compared the observation group with the shenmai injection group, the rate is P 0.05. And compared the actoregin group with shenmai injection group, the rate is P 0.05. Conclusion: Treating hypoxiaischemic encephalopathy of newborn with actoregin and shenmai injection have obvious curative effect.
