Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the treating effect of Shenmai injection in treating patients with cerebral infarction (CI). Method: 86 cases CI were randomly divided into two groups, in the Shenmai injection treating group 30 cases and compasitae radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection (CRSMI) control group 26 cases. Besides given roution treatment in all patients, the Shen Mai injection 50ml,iv drip,qd,in the treating group and 20ml CRSMI + 0.9%NS 500ml iv drip,qd,in the control group for 15 days . Result: After 15 days therapy, there were significant difference in the curative rate (68.2% vs 35.7% p0.01) between treatment group and control group. Conclusion: Shenmai injection is an effective and safety medicine in treatment paralysis in patients with cerebral infarction .
