Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection combined with western medicine on SIRS.Methods1 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was administered western medincine only and the observed group wos administered Shenmai injection combined with western medicine. The patients in the observed groups were treated with Shenmai injection 60ml(adding Shenmai injection to 100ml if the patients had low blood pressure) for intravenous dropping, once a day and the therapeutic course was 7 days.ResultsThe effective rate of the observed group were 81.5%,showing a better effect than the other.ConclusionCompared with western medicine,Shenmai injection had better effect in improving clinical pathological course.
