Abstract
Objective: To investigate the analysis of insulin glargine combined oral acarbose treatment of type 2 diabetes results. Methods: 60 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups, A group of 30 patients of the observation group, using insulin glargine combined acarbose treatment, B group with 30 cases as control group, using Novolin 30R2 times / d, subcutaneously. Two groups were observed daily average blood glucose, the incidence of low blood sugar, blood sugar compliance time, each day with insulin glargine, the average fasting blood glucose (FBG), body mass index (BMI). Results: A group in Japan The average blood glucose, blood sugar compliance time, the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly(P0.05), two groups of patients after treatment fasting blood glucose, body mass indices, no significant difference, no statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusions:Glargine combined oral acarbose treatment of type 2 diabetes better and more secure, low blood sugar low probability of occurring.
