Cultivation of College Students' Innovative Ability in Classroom Teaching

Cultivation of innovative talents is very important to improving a nation's comprehensive power.The college is an important base for the cultivation of innovative talents,and cultivation of students' innovative ability is the key for talent cultivation in college education.In college education of our country,classroom teaching is the main channel to train students' innovative ability.In this paper,the important approaches are explored for how to cultivate innovative ability in classroom teaching of colleges.These approaches are as follows: constructing the educational environment to stimulate students' sense of innovation,guiding the inquiry learning to cultivate practical ability,fostering thinking ability to arouse desire for innovation and enriching teaching methods and means to promote cultivation of students' innovative ability.
