Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cefoperazone sulbactam combined levofloxacin in the treatment of liver cirrhosis and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis treatment. Methods The hardening and 60 patients with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each 30 patients. In conventional therapy, the treatment group cefoperazone sulbactam combined with levofloxacin, levofloxacin alone control group. Results The treatment group and control group efficiency each with 93.36%,76.7%,the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazone sulbactam combined levofloxacin efficacy in treatment of liver cirrhosis and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis was effect and have, high security.
