Abstract
Objective To compare the content of paeoniflorin from different germplasms Paeonia lactifolra.Methods HPLC method was used on LichroCART RP-C18 column(4 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with HCN- 0.1% phosphoric acid(V:V=14:86) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was at 230 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃.Results There was great difference that Paeoniflorin in different germplasms was quite different.Determinated of peoniflorin in different parts of Radix Paeonia Alba reveals was in terms of content of peoniflorin: rhizomafi brous rootaxial root.Conclusion The difference of peoniflorin content was mainly from germplasms source of Paeonia lactiflora .
